Who owns the data I send to Lumen?

You do, unambiguously. Export everything at any time via CSV, the API, or a direct warehouse sync — there is no export fee and no lock-in clause.

Is Lumen GDPR compliant?

Yes. EU data residency, a signed DPA, cookieless tracking, and per-user deletion APIs are available on every paid plan. SOC 2 Type II reports ship with Scale.

Do you sample my data?

No. Every plan queries 100% of your events — the 320ms median query time is measured on unsampled data. Sampling hides exactly the anomalies you pay us to find.

Can I migrate from another analytics tool?

Yes. Our importer replays historical events from Mixpanel, Amplitude, and PostHog exports with full property mapping. Most migrations finish in under a weekend.

What are the limits on the self-serve plans?

Free caps at 1M events and 90 days of history; Growth at 25M events with everything unlocked. Cross either limit and we notify you — nothing is silently dropped.
